Annie Brandt, Austin TX - After a diagnosis of advanced-stage cancer, my second-opinion oncologist told me that conventional chemotherapy would certainly kill someone with my complications of dysfunctional immune system, MS, heart problem and diabetes. At first there seemed no place for me to go.
